Extremely happy with my previous visit to Castle Towers OPSM. Annie was my optometrist and I was very grateful with how she explained everything to me along the way. Fiona helped with my glasses and I am very happy with the two pairs we picked. Everyone I interacted with was professional and so helpful. Definitely would recommend. Thank you all!!!

Helped us select Rayban sunglasses. The sales girl also helped me in adjust extras depending on my budget due to which i was able to purchase the sunnies. While picking up the sales guy spent quite sometime and helped me adjust the glasses. Overall good service :)

Warmly welcomed by Team when I arrived, Optometrist was on time & very skilled at her work. Calmly talked me through the procedure & assisted with the purchase of 2 great frames. Assistant was super helpful & sized me for the frames so quickly. Looking forward to receiving the frames!

Beyond amazing customer service! Hasti was truly incredible, and an absolute lifesaver. She was able to get me contacts before we go traveling after my order at a different store, were not able to get here in time, can’t thank her enough.

An amazing lady, Sally guided me to pick the right glasses of Chanel. I was looking in the completely wrong category and she helped me find the right glasses. Sally was super nice and I felt like only coming to OPSM when she was in for work. I don't usually find employers with as much kindness and suggestions as Sally did. Sally deserves a BIG Raise!

My wife and I routinely have our eyes checked at OPSM Castle Towers. I've also purchased our sunglasses and my prescription glasses through this business for years. The Optometrists are excellent at their work and have an array of advanced testing equipment they use to photograph and scan the the retinas and eyes of patients to diagnose any emerging problems - and to maintain ocular health.
